January 2025 email update

Dearest Dealers,

Wow. It’s kind of crazy to announce our 4th ever show and the 2nd edition of The New York City Jewelry, Antique & Object Show (Yes, our show name AND logo got a rebrand this year). Honestly, I could not have imagined our show growing to the level it’s at now and it is truly amazing what WE HAVE ALL built in such a short time. Coming into 2025, we are reaffirming our commitment to building a supportive, engaging, and accessible show for all of our dealers, visitors, and staff. You all remain at the top of our priorities and we appreciate the trust and kindness you’ve all shown us and we are thrilled to not only partner with you but also grateful for friendships both old and new.

A lot of things are changing at NYCJAOS.

First of all - we have expanded into the full Pavillon which is a first. This is a huge undertaking and we are honestly so grateful for your support. This will allow us to create more booths, a food and drink area, and lounges for our visitors and also dealers. It’s a win-win-win.

We are also arranging an on site ATM to allow easier access to cash for our customers. Thank you to those who suggested it.

We have also created a website that will act as a dealer portal to have all of your questions answered, it will also have all the necessary forms on there, scheduling, and more!

Posters, assets and more are coming in the next few days. We’ve already began working on press releases and more.

Hoping to see all of you soon before the show. More updates to come but now, what’s most important is 1) getting your KIL P order form submitted - this is no longer a PDF but can instead be accessed on the website and sent to us digitally. It is very easy to use now. 2) getting used to the website and preparing everything else for the show including sorting shipments and insurance.

P.S. One quick thing to be aware about; Our autumn show is moving to October and we are introducing a Late January 2026 show since Miami is now happening later in March 2026. Please let us know if you’d like to reserve your booth for those shows. Please note payment is NOT required at this time; just a verbal confirmation that you’d like to stay.
