KIL Promotions Order Form - Spring 2025

Thanks to all of your feedback, we’ve gone ahead and digitized our order form to make it easier for you. Each booth must fill out and submit this form by February 21th at 11:59pm EST. It must be paid in full by February 28th, 2025. We appreciate your understanding.

Please list the full name of each dealer along with their email and business name Please note that we are limiting the exhibitor badges to 4 per booth – two for the dealers andtwo for staff. Additional badges are considered on request, and are at the discretion of KILPromotions. Please provide full contact information as follows:

Helper Name(s) and Contact

Please list the full name of each helper

Business Names for Booth Signage

Please add the names of you business as you'd like them to be displayed on signage at the show. If there is more than one dealer in your booth, please add all of their names.

Track Lights

Track Lights are $500 per track, 6' track with 3 LED lights per track. Please specify how many tracks you need.

Wifi

Wifi is $100/device. It's offered thru one of the show's vendors and has been upgraded to high speed.

Tables

Each booth comes with a small table for you to use to store your papers and more. If you need additional tables, please indicate how many you need. Once the form is submitted, we will reach out and ask what size table you need. Each extra table is $25 and supplied by the venue.

Sabbath Observance

If you observe the Sabbath, please indicate which day(s) you will not be present.
